08:30am: First round, 18 holes The Old Course, Pinhal & Victoria;
07:30pm: Portuguese Evening Dinner, at Forum - Dom Pedro Vilamoura Hotel.
08:30am: Second round, 18 holes The Old Course, Pinhal & Victoria;
07:30pm: Gala dinner and show at Vilamoura Casino.
08:30am: Final round, 18 holes The Old Course, Pinhal & Victoria;
6:30pm – 8:30pm: Prize giving ceremony and cocktail “Dinatoire” at Hotel Hilton Vilamoura as Cascatas Golf Resort & SPA.
Medal format within each category – 54 holes.
Prizes will be awarded on the final net and gross scores for the men’s and ladies competition within each category.
This tournament is open to all amateur federated golfers, with a handicap certificate from his / her home golf club. Max handicaps: Men – 24, Ladies – 28. Maximum number of players per category: 120, booked on a first come first served basis.
In the case of tied scores the result will be determined on a count back of the last 18, 9, 6, 3 holes played, best last hole and finally by a draw. The tie break for the overall net winner will result in a sudden death playoff.
The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and local rules. Preferred lies on the fairways only, within the scorecard length, not nearer the hole.

The prizes are not cumulative, the highest result being net.
The technical committee can lower the handicap certificate during the second and third round of the tournament, according to the first and second round results, respectively.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to request the presentation of the handicap certificate.
